Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Locally based residential property management company is looking for a full-time administrative assistant/receptionist.
Position Overview: The position will be responsible for answering phones, posting advertisements, accepting rent payments, communicating with tenants and property owners, and assisting property managers. Applicant should be comfortable on the phone, able to work 40+ hours per week, have strong work ethic, friendly/welcoming personality and ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced team oriented environment.
Essential Requirements:
- Computer and typing skills are a requirement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong phone skills
- Sales experience preferred & confidence to use sales skills on the phone
- Ability to solve problems and self-manage
- College degree preferred, but not required
- Previous office experience is a plus
