| Andy has been managing properties for over 15 years for three different property management companies. Andy was lucky enough to be married to Shonda Propst in 1999. Before working at Park Place Property Management he was the manager of Heritage Property Management in Portland, Oregon. After Managing in Oregon for ten years they adopted their first child Samuel Propst in 2008. Soon after they welcomed Sam into their life they moved to Boise, Idaho to be closer to family. Andy has been the General Manager of Park Place Property Management for 3 years. Andy is an accredited member in NARPM® (National Association of Residential Property Managers) and IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management). He is also a licensed REALTOR® in the State of Idaho and a licensed property manager in the State of Oregon. | |

| Danny was raised in California's central valley and moved to Idaho in 2002 to attend BYU-Idaho where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. He and his wife Mollie are the proud parents of 6 year old daughter Kallie and 1 year old twins, Claire and Dylan. Danny joined the Park Place team in August of 2008. Danny is actively involved in the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) serving as the Educational chair for the Southwest Idaho chapter and on the National Communications Committee. | |

Laura was born in Idaho and later moved to California. She returned home to the Treasure Valley a few years ago to be near family. In her spare time she enjoys painting, travel, gardening and spending time with her grandchildren. Laura joined the Park Place team in the summer of 2010. | |

After 4 years in Naval Aviation, I have spent my working career in aircraft and missile electronics, HVAC and appliance industry, retiring from Maytag after 24 years. I started working at Park Place Property Management in September 2008. The beautiful lady next to me is my wife of 52 years. We have 5 children, 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Leisure time is spent fishing, playing golf and spending time with my wife, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. | |

To the far right stands Emily Thronson with her two biggest idols, her mother and grandmother. Emily grew up in small farming community in Eastern Oregon. Although she loved her small town upbringing, shortly after high school she started off her college education in Portland, Oregon; then bounced around to different schools exploring new cities and meeting many exciting and influential people. Branching out a bit more, she moved to Boise, ID in December of 2009. Not long after moving to Boise, she loved it so much she decided to make it her home and is so excited to share her good times here with family and friends. Emily has found Boise to be the most friendly and diverse town she's come across! She loves being able to snowboard in the winter, float the river in the summer, catch a concert on the weekend and explore new talented art downtown every first Thursday! Go Broncos! . | |

Monica, a Boise native married her husband Joe on Valentines Day 1989. With great pride and success, they have raised 2 sons, Devon and Bryant, and are now enjoying 2 wonderful grandsons Ayden & Layne and a beautiful granddaughter Britlee Rhea’. Monica has worked in customer service most of her adult life. Her most recent experience’s being in the housing industry, from construction lending to property management. | |

Christy was born and raised in Eastern Idaho. After graduation and spending a year being a Nanny in New Jersey she moved to the Boise area and has been here since. She has spent most of her work history in the Customer Service field with the last 8 years in Property Management. Her and her husband Ron enjoy spending time with their children, Rachel, Shaina and Jonathan. They enjoy the Great Outdoors that Idaho has to offer and are looking forward to being first time Grandparents. | |

husband play in many softball tournaments on the weekends. She has worked in
customer service for six years and has just recently made a career change into property management and loves it. | |

Danielle, a native Idahoan, returned to Boise after living in California and
Germany. She married her husband Carlos in 2007, and they have 3 children,
9-year old Shya, 4-year old Jessica and 2-year old Isaac. Danielle’s children
are the lights of her life, and bring so much joy. Danielle is also working on
completing her Bachelor’s degree in Economics, she will graduate in May of 2012. | |

Matt was raised in North Idaho and attended Lewis-Clark State College, where he earned a BS degree in education and social science in 1994. Shortly after he began his teaching and coaching career in Sandpoint, Idaho. He was a teacher for 8 years before starting a new career in construction, where he spent the next five years building houses and commercial buildings. Most recently, he was a personal trainer and amateur bodybuilder. Matt has spent the last three years at Gold's Gym before coming to Park Place in September 2011. He enjoys the gym, poker, and golf in his spare time. | |
