Park Place Property Management began 7 years ago as many rental property management companies do with a single person and a cell phone. After going through the successes, bumps and bruises every small company endures, Park Place Property Management grew into a sustainable business with a boost of capital and the acquisition of another rental property management company.
As Park Place Property Management's vision for the future became clear, a stride was found and substantial growth became a reality. Today with 15 employees and 3 offices in the Treasure Valley, Park Place has come a long way from its workhorse beginning and although we have grown in size and number we are still focused on making your rental property our priority.
