| Andy has been managing properties for over 15 years for three different property management companies. Andy was lucky enough to be married to Shonda Hessing Propst in 1999. Before working at Park Place Property Management he was the manager of Heritage Property Management in Portland, Oregon. After Managing in Oregon for ten years they adopted their first child Samuel Propst in 1998. Soon after they welcomed Sam into their life they moved to Boise, Idaho to be closer to family. Andy has been the General Manager of Park Place Property Management for 18 months. Andy is an accredited member in NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) and IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management). He is also a licensed realtor in the State of Idaho and a licensed property manager in the State of Oregon. | |

| Danny was raised in California's central valley and moved to Idaho in 2002 to attend BYU-Idaho where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. He and his wife Mollie are the proud parents of 4 year old daughter Kallie. Danny joined the Park Place team in August of 2008. | |

Katie is from Jacksonville, Florida, where she attended the University of North Florida. Growing up, she spent her summers in Idaho with family and decided that Idaho was the place she wanted to raise her family. She lives in Nampa with her husband Brian and 4 year old son Kaden. She joined Park Place Property Management in January 2007. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and helping her son explore all the wonderful things life has to offer. |

Josh is originally from South Dakota and on his western progression graduated University of Wyoming with a Business Management Degree in 2006. After spending a couple of years managing a vacation lodge, he started with Park Place in August of 2008. He is recently married and when not working enjoys all the outdoor opportunities Idaho has to Offer. |

Kate Stark was born and raised in the Treasure Valley area. She graduated from The College of Idaho with a bachelor's degree in Business/International Political Economy. She enjoys traveling to places all over the world and has been working for Park Place since August of 2008. |

Molly grew up in Eagle, ID where she has lived most of her life. She loves to spend time with her family, including her four nephews and niece. She also enjoys traveling and watching football (especially the Green Bay Packers). Molly attended Boise State University, has a love for working with people, and recently started working at Park Place Property Management. |

Amanda graduated with her Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Economics in May 2009 and began working for Park Place the following September. She is currently pursuing a second Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from Boise State and hopes to have her CPA license by 2015. In her spare time, Amanda likes to cook, read, travel, and spend time with her friends. |

After 4 years in Naval Aviation, I have spent my working career in aircraft and missile electronics, HVAC and appliance industry, retiring from Maytag after 24 years. I started working at Park Place Property Management in September 2008. The beautiful lady next to me is my wife of 52 years. We have 5 children, 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Leisure time is spent fishing, playing golf and spending time with my wife, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. |
