About Park Place

Park Place Property Management began 6 years ago as many property management companies do with a single person and a cell phone. After going through the successes, bumps and bruises every small company endures Park Place grew into a sustainable business with a boost of capital and the acquisition of another property management company.

As Park Places vision for the future became clear a stride was found and substantial growth became a reality. Today with 15 employees and 3 offices in the Treasure Valley, Park Place has come a long way from its workhorse beginning and although we have grown in size and number we are still focused on making your property our priority.
